using your computer and with access to your email, agreed to receive
one of a number of commercial email messages.

YOUR RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE RECEIVING MESSAGES
You may discontinue receiving further commercial messages and have your
email address permanently removed from our database by deleting your
account here.
If
you submitted multiple ads (thereby creating multiple accounts by the
same email address, you must delete all of them. Note that it may take
up to 48 hours for your request to be processed, during which time you
may continue to receive additional commercial messages.

WARNING
Any
person reporting alleged spam to any person, persons, or entities without
physical proof of said claim is guilty of both fraud and a civil crime
and may be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Further, should the said allegation result in any interruption of normal
business activity of the company and/or result in loss of income and/or
result in unnecessary expenses, a civil suit will be brought against
the complainants for restitution.
